摘要: Serum starvation of growing and nongrowing (density-inhibited) mouse 3T3 cells resulted in decreased phosphorylation 2-deoxy--D-glucose, while the time course transport this sugar remained unchanged. SV40 transformed (SV101) spontaneously 3T6 did not alter either transport, or sugar. Treatment SV101 with 10(-4) M dibutyryl adenosine cyclic 3':5' monophosphate 10(-3) theophylline restore capacity to regulate 2-deoxy-D-glucose when these were serum deprived. We conclude that factors are involved modulation rather than its transport. This regulation is operative both as well cells. In contrast, do respond phosphorylation.
