摘要: Abstract The effectiveness of sustainable product and service innovations is often restricted by limited market acceptance or unexpected consumption patterns. latter includes rebound effects, which occur when resources liberated savings are used for further consumption. Recently emerging research from the Living Lab striving to address anticipate challenges in innovation design integrating users prototyping field testing innovations. paper presents findings a literature review on effects expert interviews identifying methods monitor measures mitigate early via research. We find that monitoring mitigating technological behavioural triggers as well socio-psychological time use addition economic re-spending effects. experts have confirmed Labs contain potential observe complex demand systems within experimental designs, encompassing indirect terms expenditure use. In this respect, can facilitate support innovations, aim encourage changes consumer behaviour, considering simultaneously.
