摘要: We report the influence of various surface treatments indium–tin–oxide (ITO) anodes on operational stability high-efficiency (up to 8.2 lm/W) green-emitting polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs), employing a doped poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene), hole transport layer, polyfluorene based emissive and Ca–Al cathodes. The were modified by physical (oxygen-plasma), chemical (aquaregia), combined treatments. Oxygen plasma improves under constant current with respect all other anodes, half-brightness (100 cd/m2) lifetimes two five times longer than for untreated samples, 1000 aquaregia samples. derive major indications optimization PLEDs. First, thermal management diode is uppermost importance there significant scope improvement. Second, ITO anode in general electrical properties hole-injecting contact are crucial device operation, even presence transpo...
