摘要: Sporocarps of Laccaria were collected in conjunction with a survey potential ectomycorrhizal fungi associated black spruce northern Minnesota. Homokaryons grown from single spores, and dikaryons isolated sporocarp tissue surface-disinfested ectomycorrhizae. Pairings sibling homokaryons indicated bifactorial (tetrapolar) sexual incompatibility system for all sporocarps
