摘要: Nanostructured spherical calcium carbonate particles with average sizes of 3.8 µm and 550 nm have been fabricated. Optimal conditions for adsorption central anesthetic loperamide on these are found. The influence particle size the efficiency is studied. micron submicron vaterite as carriers intranasal delivery compared using in vivo tests laboratory animals.
