摘要: Abstract This review focuses on the current status of knowledge regarding process vitellogenin (Vg) uptake and vitellin (Vt) storage in insect oocytes. We also consider overall morphology yolk sac as an embryonic organ allowing for both temporal spatial differentiation degradation to provide primary food supply embryo. In this context we describe evidence that demonstrates occurrence Vt polypeptide processing how it may be affected by maternally derived proteases stored granules ubiquitin–proteasome system cytosol. The extent induced these will correlated with structural modifications affecting vitellophages developing embryos. To accomplish goals ultrastructural cytochemical composition during vitellogenesis embryogenesis reviewed. Last but not least, our understanding role played acidification activation examined.
