摘要: The current study assessed the case fatality rate (CFR) across different income level countries of world, and virulence pattern COVID-19, against backdrop panic uncertainty faced by many governments, who are trying to impose draconian containment measures control outbreak. Subjects Methods: Data on confirmed cases number deaths due coronavirus infection were retrieved from WHO as 30 March 2020, examined for various countries, per World Bank criteria. CFR was calculated country-wise estimated groups such low, lower-middle, upper-middle, high-income, data analyzed. overall high 5.0%, compared with a 2.8% low-income countries. upper-middle-income showed 4.3%, while lower-middle-income stood at 3.7%. results our predict that maximum in high-income will be contained approximately 5% (95% CI). range between 2.8 4.3% irrespective its transmissibility, produces lower SARS-Cov MERS-Cov, although COVID-19 has infected eight times more than MERS-Cov SARS-Cov, caused higher deaths. nation-wide lockdown prevent spread virus may reconsidered, given hardships population their impact economic system.
