摘要: Oversampled delta-sigma converters have been used for high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion over a wide range of input frequencies. reduce the need complex antialias filters, eliminate sample-and-hold amplifiers, and are free differential nonlinearity errors. A fourth-order converter with dynamic 123 dB signal-to-total-harmonic-distortion ratio 126 is described. The voltage 20 V peak to peak, signal bandwidth DC 500 Hz, clock frequency 1024 MHz, output word rate 32 K/s. 4.48*6.53-mm chip packaged in 28-pin plastic leaded carrier/leadless carrier (PLCC/LCC) dissipates 120 mW using +5 V, -5 ground. >
