摘要: The vasoconstrictor effect of various topical steroids applied to protected and occluded skin is described. method indicates that acetates are better absorbed than the parent alcohol, while phosphate salts poorly absorbed. In case triamcinolone, formation acetonide leads greatly enhanced percutaneous absorption. use a plastic film over these compounds 100-fold increase in absorption when compared with simple application. Using vasoconstriction as an index absorption, it suggested may be determining penetrability activity new compounds.
