摘要: Adding to the growing awareness of medications that can cause pancreatitis is a small but significant number reports implicating angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. In this report, I describe case patient who had no risk factors for and was taking known other than lisinopril. The abruptness, severity, fulminant course probable ACE inhibitor-induced are unprecedented in medical literature.
