摘要: The present study investigated the role of IGF1 in lactating lean and non-lactating obese dairy cows by injecting 1 μg into ovaries prior to superovulation. This amount has been linked with pregnancy loss women polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) was associated impaired bovine oocyte competence vitro. Transcript abundance protein expression selected genes involved apoptosis, glucose metabolism, IGF system were analyzed. Plasma concentrations leptin, uterine luminal fluid (ULF), also measured. treatment decreased embryo viability levels observed cows. Obese not affected showed elevated (in both plasma ULF) leptin. Blastocysts from treated a higher SLC2A1 IGFBP3 transcripts. reduced tumor 53 blastocysts cows, whereas opposite ULF correlated only control groups. Blastocyst transcript receptor positively detrimental microenvironment created injection lack effect resemble certain extent situation PCOS patients, where bioavailability is increased normal-weight but women, suggesting that this model could be useful for studying involvement PCOS.
