摘要: Abstract Sustainability aims at addressing environmental and socio-economic issues in the long term. In general, literature on sustainability has focused mainly issues, whereas, more recently, a Circular Economy been proposed as one of latest concepts for both issues. A transforming waste into resources bridging production consumption activities; however, there is still limited research focusing these aspects. This paper addresses link between procurement supply practices, proposes changing from traditional public process, based product-selling business models, to service-oriented system. The framework include technical non-technical specifications product/service combinations that improve resource usage efficiency through recovery. also considers socio-cultural physical social proximity stakeholders process. collaboration, which vital process development sustainable where experience gained collaboration serves bases suppliers procurers improving their contribution CE, whilst same time securing economic benefits parties. Although, this specification setting may take longer, relationships procurer supplier tend be longer lasting stronger. shows throughout can lead reductions raw material utilisation generation, promoting new, sustainable, models.
