摘要: It has been suggested that an intact vagal supply is essential for the normal function of recptors in duodenum and proximal small bowel, which influence rate gastric emptying. This paper reports effect denervation on emptying also examines site mode action receptors bowel. It demonstrated dog most, if not all, controlling lie 50 cm bowel. Following truncal vagotomy time each instillation increased significantly differential different instillations remained unchanged. The bowel was capable to differentiating between instillates even after selective extragastric vagotomy, vagally denervated and, therefore, duodenal braking independently innervation.
