Skin toxicity induced by radiation therapy is a complex adverse event which can affect all the layers of skin or its appendages. Depending on time occurrence, toxicities are classified in early side effects, that occur during treatment and late more than 6 months completing irradiation. From point view causal mechanisms, effects due to cellular depletion tissue dysfunction/ reaction. The concern rapid proliferating superficial (epidermis), while later ones involve slow tissues dermal stroma vascular network. according National Cancer Institute (NCI) Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, (CTC-AC) Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG)  4 grades, each with specific treatment.
