摘要: Complicated and expensive preparation methods the low stability of most superhydrophobic surfaces are bottlenecks that must be faced for their practical application. Herein, a simple low-cost approach preparing durable by spray coating polymerized organosilane/attapulgite (POS/APT) nanocomposites is reported. The POS/APT were prepared condensation hexadecyltriethoxysilane tetraethoxysilane in presence APT through modified Stober method. morphology content clay minerals have great influence on superhydrophobicity. Only rodlike with weight ratio to organosilanes not less than 0.60 can form surfaces. feature high water contact angle (CA approximate 160 degrees), sliding (SA 2 excellent stability, good transparency. In addition, slightly damaged surface readily repaired again according same procedure. Moreover, coatings applicable various substrates (e.g., polyurethane plate, paper, polyester textile) easily scaled up.
