摘要: A novel automatic QRS detection algorithm that is based on a wavelet pre-filter and an adaptive threshold technique presented. The utilizes bi-orthogonal filter to de-noise the ECG signal. complexes are then identified by computing first derivative of signal applying set thresholds not limited strict range. in multiple channels 5-lead configuration inter- channel comparison performed verify locations. was initially developed using signals from Physionet website, but later refined data collected post cardiac surgery patients intensive care units. proposed able detect with high sensitivity (>99%) specificity when compared used database. Additionally, new can be implemented real-time successfully for wide variety shapes characteristics often encountered patients.
