摘要: We reviewed a series of 41 neonatal leukemias (NL), including published cases karyotyped by banding techniques, but excluding Down syndrome-associated and analyzed distribution cytogenetic anomalies with respect to other clinical variables outcome. The most frequent chromosomal changes in this age group involve rearrangements 11q23, which is correlated high white blood cell (WBC) count at onset type leukemia. A discrete heterogeneity abnormalities also evident, however, possibly reflecting specific pathways NL development. With prognosis, are strong indicator poor prognosis.
