摘要: Abstract: The matrix effect of powder samples, especially for soil is significant in laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), which affects the prediction accuracy element concentration. In order to reduce this samples LIBS, standard addition method (SAM) based on background removal by wavelet transform algorithm was investigated work. Five different kinds certified reference (lead (Pb) concentrations were 110, 283, 552, 675, and 1141 ppm, respectively) used examine method. root mean square error (RMSEP) more than 303 ppm using conventional calibration After adoption SAM with algorithm, RMSEP reduced 25.7 ppm. Therefore, Pb improved significantly. mechanism discussed. Further study demonstrated that can also improve predicted Cd element.
