摘要: Team dynamics are patterns of interaction among team members that determine the performance team. Success Agile software development depends on interaction. interactions are, however, affected in distributed teams. Through a Grounded Theory study involved 40 practitioners from 24 different companies USA, India, and Australia, we investigate key concerns We found teams depend significantly interaction, adopt six strategies promote effective development.
