摘要: When rabbit reticulocytes are incubated with n-butanol, an agent disruptive to the structure and function of cellular membranes, there is a rapid disaggregation polyribosomes. Reaggregation promoted when n-butanol diluted below critical concentration or cells washed free alcohol incubation continued. Neither nor regeneration will occur in absence protein synthesis. These observations suggest that integrity reticulocyte membrane necessary for attachment ribosomes messenger RNA formation
