摘要: The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injury is one of the most controversial areas in sports medicine.1 There no consensus literature with respect to its incidence, natural history, and indications for conservative or surgical treatment. Unlike anterior (ACL) reconstruction, results reconstruction PCL are inconsistent, there little agreement among surgeons as techniques. Therefore, it critical identify those patients who can be treated nonoperatively will do well, if not better, than undergoing reconstruction.
