摘要: We have developed a three-state discrete-time Markov-chain model for the performance evaluation of contention-based medium access control (MAC) protocol. The proposed is then used to analyze carrier sense multiple (CSMA) type MAC protocol its delay and throughput characteristics with without transmitter power control. Using simulations, conditional capture probability (p cap ), which gives measure effectiveness due effect, quantified experiments are performed validate these simulated data p .
