摘要: A receiver for an ultra wideband (UWB) pulse radar system (100) includes a programmable gain network (PGN) block (135) coupled to process received UWB signal. The PGN attenuator (115) having output input node of low noise amplifier (LNA) (105), and fast acting power limiter (110) is between the ground and/or supply system. sampling unit (120) LNA processor (140). implements attenuation algorithm, wherein attenuator, provides control signals dynamically or such as based on distance from transmitting antenna (175) product material.
