摘要: Hybrid vehicle fuel economy and drive quality are coupled through the “Energy Management” controller that regulates power flow among various energy sources sinks. This paper studies management controllers designed using Shortest Path Stochastic Dynamic Programming (SP-SDP), a stochastic optimal control design method which can respect constraints on drivetrain activity while minimizing consumption for an assumed distribution of driver demand. The performance SP-SDP is evaluated simulation large numbers real-world cycles compared to baseline industrial provided by major auto manufacturer. On driving data, SP-SDP-based yield 10% better than controller, same engine gear activity. further robustness cycle statistics used in their design. Simplified drivability metrics introduced previous work validated data sets.
