摘要: A novel, highly sensitive and selective dual-readout sensor (colorimetric fluorometric) for the detection of lysozyme was proposed. The fluorescence triazolylcoumarin molecules quenched by Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) initially through resonance energy transfer (FRET), after addition lysozyme, stronger binding onto surfaces AuNPs made remove from surface led to recovery molecules, accompanied discernable color change solution red purple. lowest detectable concentration 50 ng mL−1 naked eye, limit (LOD) 23 measurements. In addition, satisfactory results in hen egg white were confirmed study. Moreover, presented provides a reliable option determine with high sensitivity selectivity.
