摘要: A method for magnetic sorting of mammalian sperm cells having damaged membranes is described. In an embodiment the invention, carboxyl-group functionalized particles are conjugated to propidium iodide, resulting composition mixed with a sample cells, and bound separated by magnetic-activated cell sorting.
