摘要: Methods and compositions for making glycoproteins, both in vitro vivo, are provided. One method involves incorporating an unnatural amino acid having a N-acetylgalactosamine moiety into protein; optionally, the N-acetylgalactosamine-containing can be further modified with additional sugars.
