摘要: We report on the experimental realization of an all optical router for exciton-polaritons. This device is based design proposed by H. Flayac and I.G. Savenko [APL 103, 201105 (2013)], in which a zero-dimensional island connected through tunnel barriers to two periodically modulated wires different periods. Selective transmission polaritons injected island, into either wires, achieved tuning energy state across band structure wires. show such polariton routing using control beam blueshifts quantum states thanks polariton-exciton interactions. Operation demonstrated both under cw pulsed operation.
