摘要: The invention provides methods and compositions for the treatment of inflammatory and/or tissue damage conditions. In particular, use Smad7 delivered locally or systemically to a site inflammation is described. Other specific embodiments concern prevention side effects caused by radiation chemotherapy, including but not limited mucositis.
