摘要: The present invention provides a method of gel-casting WC—Co cemented carbide powder, where the resulting gelled body can be complex shape and has high green density, good homogeneity sufficiently mechanical properties for to demolded dried without significant shape-distortions cracking. relates forming through gelling an aqueous slurry powder with dispersion characteristics, is achieved by temperature induced polymerization reaction between monomer cross-linker, catalyzed free-radical initiator. By further subjecting drying, heating, sintering, dense obtained.
