摘要: This paper aims to explore the nature and extent of web-based CSR disclosure communication by a select group private sector companies in India. An empirical analytical study was undertaken whereby corporate official websites annual reports were analyzed. Data then generated from such an analysis using Qualitative Document Analysis. analyzed descriptive statistics answer research questions. Most data set had their link on home page itself. The tool for communicating information primarily text. Very limited number selected provided additional apart with respect activities them. Disclosure found be mostly qualitative. Proportion that responsive towards environment education highest. very scanty report various fields segments also not extensive. Environment two most dominant both as well reports. Communication via interest offers great platform dialogue interaction between company its stakeholders which unfortunately effectively used set.
