摘要: Background Due to the restrictions and stigmatization of homosexuality in China, there has emerged "Tongqi," or wives men who have sex with (MSM). There are around 14 million Tongqi whose needs for support often overshadowed. This phenomenon been largely under researched, this review is first address current data on Tongqi. The aim systematic begin provide insight into pre-existing further that needed MSM. Methods researchers searched PubMed, Web Science, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CNKI, Sinomed WangFang databases from their inception date until June 7, 2019. Handsearching was also completed a rich set. Results articles were summarized analyzed thematic clusters. From selected article, five themes emerged, including Sexual Health Issues, Intimate Partner Violence, Mental Status, Marriage Dissatisfaction, Coping Strategies. These intersected complex understanding gaps provided Conclusion remain hidden population Chinese mainstream society, deserves sensitive approach support. study revealed MSM suffer severe mental, physical, health, life related harms. However, instead situating them victim roles, many women take an identity empowerment working together, aiming make social changes. In order phenomenon, it essential reduce discrimination toward homosexuality. special group women, they require intensive research attention.
