摘要: Tiamulin fumarate (TIF) is a pleuromutilin antibiotic and has high activity against animal bacterial pathogens including aquatic pathogens. However, its pharmacokinetic profiles, tissue distribution characteristics bioavailability in animals remain unknown. The objective of this study was to investigate the pharmacokinetics regularities TIF tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) following single oral (PO) dose 20 mg/kg body weight (bw) intravenous (IV) 5 mg/kg bw at 22 ± 1°C, respectively. concentrations plasma tissues were determined using isotope dilution HPLC-HESI-MS/MS procedure, which validated according guidelines defined by US Food Drug Administration. well distributed throughout compartments judged apparent volume (Vd ) >1 L/kg (6.69 L/kg PO 1.78 L/kg IV). had short mean residence time (MRT; 22.82 h 14.61 h IV) quick total clearance (CLb (0.62 L kg-1  h-1 0.60 L kg-1 area under curve (AUCtot 32.25 μg h-1  ml-1 8.30 μg h-1  ml (IV), respectively, absolute (F%) calculated be approximately 97.1%. For distribution, found kidney, longest MRT recorded bile. withdrawal (WT) muscle, skin, liver, gill, bile 3.75 (4) 1.79 (2), 1.77 (2) 2.06 (3), 6.41 (7) 1.97 6.95 3.98 (4), 4.92 (5) 2.36 7.06 (8) 6.16 days after IV administration, present investigations indicated that quickly absorbed, distributed, rapidly eliminated tilapia, it could serve as reference data for establishing use regimen provide useful information further development aquaculture.
