摘要: We used time-resolved fluorescence in the pico- to nanosecond time range monitor presence of tetramers, dimers and monomers carbonmonoxyhemoglobin (COHb) solutions investigate how their distributions change under different experimental conditions. Comparison lifetime computed from atomic coordinates COHb (Vasquez et al., 1996) with those experimentally measured allowed identification molecular species present hemoglobin solution. It was possible observe modification distribution dimers, disordered hemes produced by Protein concentration affected detectable lifetimes, indicating increasing amounts at low protein concentrations, while amount inverted not modified. Titration up 1 M NaCl modified only extent dissociation into without affecting heme inversion monomer formation. Hyperbaric pressure increased monomers. This is first that monomeric subunits have been detected neutral pH normal system.
