摘要: The kinetics of reaction-limited cluster aggregation fluorinated polymer colloids in a broad range particle volume fractions has been investigated experimentally by measuring independently the Fuchs stability ratio W and time evolution both average radius gyration hydrodynamic aggregates mass distribution. value is determined from rate at very initial stage aggregation, where presence triplets negligible. evolutions are then simulated using distribution calculated population balance equations with various kernels proposed literature. It found that, when measured used, only that can correctly simulate experimental results product kernel one derived Odriozola et al. (Europhys. Lett. 53 (2001) 797), some proper tuning exponent kernel. For fraction phi < 1%, obtained for 0.4 independent phi, while it tends to decrease larger 4 values, most likely indicating significant effect multi-body interactions on kinetics.
