摘要: An environment-friendly process for preparing a high-energy storage battery plate by using secondary lead comprises the following steps: 1) firstly melting lead, removing impurities, casting into ingot grid production; 2) cutting particles cold device, then grinding powder; 3) delivering powder collector storage, distributing plurality of tanks collector, performing natural oxidation in with an degree 70-72%; 4) oxidized paste mixing machine preparation, coating after preparation; 5) coating, drying formed plate, putting dried curing chamber curing; 6) curing, acidification to obtain plate. The invention changes traditional preparation process; through special processing provides very good energy effect, also saves resources, reduces production cost, and environment pollution.
