摘要: The symptoms profile (modified Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, PANSS) the quality of life (Lancashire Quality Life Profile, LQLP, Scale 100, QLS-100) were compared between two groups patients with chronic psychoses: a rural group 19 living in villages h 300-10,000 inhabitants far away from large city, an urban major city 250,000 inhabitants. matched pair-wise for sex, age, global assessment functioning (GAF) psychiatric PANSS, total score). Seventeen pairs diagnosed schizophrenia, delusional disorder. indicated more negative less positive group, significantly lower degree spontaneity group.
