摘要: AbstractThis paper presents an algorithm for content-based bit rate allocation video coding in order to improve rate-distortion (R-D) performance. A fuzzy tool is developed analyze different areas of a frame. This attributes level interest each macroblock. It effective very large range natural pictures. Beginning with the segmentation original picture, non-hierarchical model allows combining results distinct criteria increase reliability system and provide convergence meaningful final result. R-D optimal done taking help human visual system. The incorporated TM5 control are compared same.
