摘要: AbstractThe re-constitution of the Australian labour force has seen emergence organization as dominant employment setting. This is case for professions well non-professions. With organizations have come increasingly bureaucratic forms controlling work. The ‘ideal type’ which characterises work is, it would seem, under threat from organization, and this significant implications nursing.
