摘要: In this paper I advocate SEA as an instrument of change towards more sustainable patterns behaviour and development, by following strategic thinking constructive approaches. recommend that the future research agenda should contribute to make a matured, full-fleshed with clear identity, coherent functions forms. This may be achieved exploring how engage all actors in fundamental new attitude understanding addressing complexity processes, enabling dialogues mutual understanding, offering flexibility, ensuring long-term large scale perspectives when development options.
