摘要: Context: There are only a few large prospective studies involving evaluation of the effect maternal thyroid dysfunction on offspring and observations inconsistent. Objective: The objective study was to investigate effects or antibody positivity perinatal outcome. Setting Participants: included population-based Northern Finland Birth Cohort 1986 including 9247 singleton pregnancies. First-trimester serum samples were analyzed for hormones [TSH, free T4 (fT4)] antibodies [thyroid-peroxidase (TPO-Ab) thyroglobulin (TG-Ab)]. Mothers classified by their hormone status into percentile categories based laboratory data compared accordingly.
