摘要: This study shows the appearance of Bosmina (Eubosmina) thersites during last millennium in two lakes Northern Europe: Lake Charzykowskie (Poland) and Lohja (Estonia). Cladocera remains collected from both showed similar species composition changes late Holocene. Older sediment layers a prevalence smaller Eubosmina (B. (E.) longispina), indicating oligotrophic conditions lakes, while younger were dominated by larger coregoni B. thersites), typically found with higher trophy. The presence has rarely been reported paleolimnological research, this is first observance its high abundance lake sediments. More research needed, however, to better understand appearance, speciation driver, continental range, ecological preferences thersites.
