摘要: A leukocyte segmentation method based on S component and B images is proposed. Threshold operation applied to get two binary in images. The samples used this study are peripheral blood smears. It easy find from the that gray values same at every corresponding pixels cytoplasm region, but opposite other regions. feature shows "IMAGE AND" can be employed segment region of leukocyte. By doing XOR" between nucleus retrieved effectively. accuracy evaluated by comparing result proposed with manual a hematologist.
