摘要: Abstract Utilization of construction and demolition (C&D) wood waste to produce biofuels has economic, environmental social impacts, therefore, evaluation such biofuel projects requires the consideration multi-criteria. In this study, a new approach is proposed quantify risk, resulted from variations in parameters, incorporate it multi-criteria decision making model. Risk study quantified using mini-max regret within framework under uncertainty. approach, after quantifying risk (regret) for each alternative criteria, alternatives are ranked based on weighted sum maximum all criteria. Finally, with minimum worst-case selected as best option. This method incorporating does not require complete information probability distribution uncertain parameters. The model used evaluate different producing (wood chips) C&D City Vancouver, Canada. management defined capacity type equipment pieces facility. three considered criteria annual worth, savings greenhouse gas emissions, landfill space. According results, installation large facility recommended. Sensitivity analysis also performed showed no change recommendation when weights varied. can be applied other cases regions.
