摘要: The present invention provides a method for processing defatted oil seeds, comprising the steps of: (a) solubilizing at least portion of protein contained in seeds to produce suspended residual solids and first solution protein, phenolic-protein complexes, free phenolic compounds; (b) separating compounds from recovering reduced solution; (c) treating precipitate as precipitated isolate treated containing soluble isolate.
