摘要: The goal of this paper was to establish the durability profile antibacterial multilayer thin films under storage and usage conditions. Thin were built on stainless steel (SS) by means a layer-by-layer process alternating negatively charged polyelectrolyte, polyacrylic acid, with cationic peptide, nisin. SS coupons coated film challenged environmental conditions likely be encountered in real-world applications. change activity elicited challenge used as an indicator resistance. Antibacterial samples could stored for several weeks at 4°C ambient air resistant dipping mild wiping water neutral detergent. coating showed some weaknesses, however, that need addressed.
