摘要: Abstract In electron microscopy, the intine and generative cell wall react very positively to tests for polysaccharides. The action of pectinase EDTA on these walls reveals that they are essentially a mixture pectic amorphous matrix infrequent microfibrils. frequent occurrence dictyosomes during formation is noted.
