摘要: Abstract A stereoselective method for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydro-7-nitrocoumarin derivatives via an isocyanide-based four-component reaction is described. The can be carried out as a simple one-pot protocol in good yields without using any catalyst or activator at room temperature short time.
