摘要: Rifampicin, an antituberculosis drug, is usually administered for 4 to 12 months with other drugs or medications from classes. A potential drug interactions often exists because rifampicin a potent inducer of hepatic metabolism, as evidenced by proliferation smooth endoplasmic reticulum and increase in the cytochrome P450 content liver. The induction highly selective process not every metabolised via oxidation affected.
