摘要: This study examines the characteristics of patient groups, treatment parameters, and results therapy for 126 intracranial lesions treated with stereotactic radiosurgery utilizing a "patient rotator" linear accelerator. A retrospective review was conducted data on 122 patients (21 arteriovenous malformations-AVMs, 40 41 metastatic tumors, 24 malignant gliomas 37 other benign lesions) were analyzed. Clinical radiographic response obtained from chart and/or telephone follow-up. The average follow-up 12.1, 13.0, 5.7, 23.1 months in AVMs, gliomas, metastases, lesions, respectively. Median survival times (MST) glioma group 9 38 months, Complete or partial at seen 62.5% AVM patients, 33.3% 11.8% 19.3% lesions. (1) Local control brain metastases can be single dose radiosurgery. (2) MST local rate disease are comparable those literature. (3) rotator method is an effective tool treating selected
